Code studio Team

Codestudio is the one-stop platform for preparing yourself for interviews, solving coding problems and mock tests. Throughout its existence, CodeStudio has helped thousands of Ninjas practice interview questions based on certain topics or technical problems which are asked by companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Cognizant, TCS and Infosys. CodeStudio has an entire community behind it and offers a guided path for interested learners as well. The portal offers a state-of-the-art IDE experience that allows you to code or solve problems while having the specific problem with hints, explanations or solutions available right beside the coding environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Why do we want to incorporate badges?

The goal

  1. Build credibility

The worth of a Badge must be understood and valued by those who will obtain it as well as, more crucially, by those who will regard it as proof of the accomplishments of its holder.

  2. Status

An advertisement of one's achievements and past accomplishments

  3. Motivation

Humans activate their opioid and dopamine systems when they earn a reward for finishing a task, which makes us feel happy. This release gives you a wonderful feeling, much like taking a cocaine spike. On the other hand, this increases incentive to carry out the work in order to experience this pleasure.

<aside> 📢 It doesn’t matter how old we are — receiving a trophy, medal or badge of honour feels awesome. We all love to receive recognition for our triumphs. This can often motivate us to take on the next challenge.
